Birthday Fishies

Hello craft friends,

My family has a ton of Spring birthdays, so I'm always thinking of new ways to use my birthday dies. On this card I combined the Whispers Koi Fish die and the Whispers Birthday Circle die to create a bright fun birthday card.

step1... die cut your background.  I used the Whispers Diamonds Background die.

step2... die cut two Whispers Birthday Circles from two different colors of  card stock.  Paper piece the elements of the two Whispers Birthday Circles so they alternate colors.

step3... die cut three Whispers Koi Fishes and arranged them around the center Whispers Birthday Circle.

This card required a lot of die cutting, but not a lot of time.  It took me about 30 minutes to complete. I used watercolor like card stock from Momenta for all my die cutting, which gave me the variegated watercolor look without having to watercolor all my elements.

Thanks for stopping bye, leave me some feedback or links to your projects using some of our great dies.
