If the hat fits

Hello crafty friends,

Today I have two cards both show casing the newly released Witch Hat die.  This die is just the perfect size to take center stage on a card and that's exactly what I did.

On this card I die cut the Witch Hat die from black glitter card stock and 2 layers of black card stock and stacked them to make a thicker element.

I also die cut parts of the die from orange glitter card stock to make them pop or stand out from the hat.  I added a black ribbon, a "Happy Halloween" sentiment popped up on foam with a pop pop ribbon tucked under it.  Since my backgound pattern paper had stars on it, I used star sequins as a finishing touch.

On this card I die cut the Witch Hat die from black and backed it with the same green pattern paper I used for my background.  I added a second layer of Halloween pattern paper and some black ribbon between the two layers.  I used strong double sided tape to secure the ribbon, but added mini staples in several places for added interest.

Thanks for stopping bye.  Until next time

    1. Thanks, Lisa. This hat just goes w/everything. I'm think that if I trim off the spider web, this would make a great wizard hat!
