I Adore You!!

Happy Friday!! Lisa here to share a project with you today using the I Adore You Sweet Phrases die from the newest release, as well as a couple of other dies :)

The base of this wall hanging is a piece of chipboard. It was covered with a layer of white acrylic paint and then sanded to remove some of the color. The papers are from Prima and I dry-brushed some of the white paint over the background paper to soften it a bit. A Whispers Hexagon Background die was cut in heavyweight cardstock and added next. The banner was created with a Whispers Lacy Dots die. A Julie Nutting Prima Doll stamp was stamped on old book paper and her outfit was paper-pieced. She was popped up with foam tape for dimension.

The I Adore You Sweet Phrases die was cut with patterned paper and then then I took a piece of white cardstock and just embossed with the die. Then the patterned paper was placed over the embossed paper so that the letters pop through the openings. I then glued on the tiny pieces from the patterned paper. The butterfly is made of chipboard.
