Welcome to Your Blog!

We are thrilled to share with you our new blog. It is a new year and we have a brand new design team. What better way to launch a new blog than introducing our new DT members. You can "meet" each of the designers to the left. Please click on their images to visit their blogs. So without further ado here is a brief intro by each of the new members...

Anne:
Anne has been scrapbooking for many years starting in 1997. She became a Creative Memories consultant for a number of years and has taught over 1,500 students as a Wilton Method Cake Decorating Instructor. Anne was introduced to rubber stamps and card making in 2009 and she found her real passion. She has been published both in print and online magazines a number of times. Anne's biggest wish is to get others as excited about crafts as she is.

Archana:
I am an artist, a mom of two beautiful daughters and a wife of a very supportive and charming husband.
I am a graphic designer, adobe made my life easier but I do like making actual things which we call....HANDMADE!
Mostly I make cards, tags and mini albums. I love altering things.
I am just amazed by the friendship from all over the world through networking sites, the people who we never see in person but they become really good friends.
This is me....I love shopping and a cup of morning Tea ( Chai :-) is my weakness!

Emilia:
My name is Emilia van den Heuvel. I'm a half Bulgarian, half German girl, who lives in the Netherlands. I’m married to Robert – a very sweet and supportive hubby. Together we have two children - our daughter Elise {10 years old} and little Theo {4 years old}. The last two members of our family are the Siamese cats, Spasko and Axl. My children are my inspiration. I love to take pictures of them – running around, making silly faces, being adorable.

I began with card making 8 years ago when I was at home looking after my firstborn baby. About 6 years ago I found the wonderful craft of scrapbooking and I’m hooked ever since. I think it is the perfect way of preserving my memories. Every single one of my pages is telling a story, which will always remind my children who they are and who we were as a family.

Irit:
I am an Israeli designer and scrapbooker. In my real life I am a working dentist, a wife of retired  high  police officer , Mom of 4  grown- up kids and a grandma of two adorable grandkids.I am an addicted crafter since I can remember, but  for the last 5 years, since I moved to paper crafting, I found my real  crafty love.I am the most versatile  both  in styles and kinds of projects I create and it moves from scrapbooking and cardmaking to  Mixed Media and altered art, OOP projects and  even jewelry making. Right now I design for 7-8 American, British,Polish, South African and Australian companies. In the past I designed for like 20 more  manufacturers and shops all over the world. I am a staff member for Scrapbooking.com web magazine for last 2 years. My work was print and web published in Israel, USA and UK magazines  and I was published in every possible web publication. I am thrilled to design for Die-Versions and  hope to inspire my readers with my versatile crafty style.

Lisa:
I have been seriously crafting for over thirteen years, having been inspired by the crafting shows HGTV and DIY used to air. I dabbled in several mediums, with my favorite being polymer clay. Once I discovered die cutting, my crafting focus completely changed. I love making cards, layouts and home d├ęcor projects for family and friends.

I am fortunate to work at home as a writer, although my agent would prefer less crafting time and more writing time! I started blogging in March of 2011 and have loved every minute of it. My style is always changing and I love trying new products and techniques.

Lori:
Lori is from New Jersey. She has been married to her wonderful and supportive husband for 33 years, has two daughters, Julie who is 25 and Jenna who is 18, and has two rescued Huskies that continue to entertain them!  Lori has been crafting for a long time, starting 15 years ago by gong to a Creative Memories Home Class and she was hooked!  Lori have a very strong passion for scrapbooking and also enjoys making cards, photography, gardening and spending time with her family.  Lori is a stay at home wife and mother and was a Creative Memories Consultant for 11 years.

Mary:
Greetings from a suburb near Chicago, IL.   Currently, I'm an Office Manager during the day and a crafter at night and on weekends.   I'm married to a great guy, who worries my craft room (used to be my office, when I worked from home as an IT Project Manager ... I really miss those days) will fall through the floor if I add one more crafting product.  We have a teenage son, who's addicted to Rise of Nations and Call of Duty.  I love to make birthday cards, I send about 40 birthday cards out each year to friends and family and none are duplicates, although several share the same products.  I'm mostly an event scrapper but I'm trying to infuse more variety into my scrapbooks with personality layouts.

Nicole:
I am currently living in Sacramento, CA, USA. I have been cardmaking for over 5 years and have been sharing my projects with my followers on my blog, YouTube channel, Facebook, twitter, and Pinterest. I regularly post projects on my blog and share tutorials on YouTube. My Holiday Card Serieses are very popular video series among my viewers.

Clean and Simple (CAS) is my design motto. I love to share projects with my readers that they can create easily without spending way too much time. Die-cutting can add such a great touch to any project and I love them for that reason. I can never have enough dies!!

Patti:
I was introduced to paper crafts years ago. I dabbled for a while, then retired, and became hopelessly addicted! I enjoy submitting items for publication, and have been lucky to have many of my works published. I’ve been blogging for several years now, and love the friends that I’ve met through this hobby. When we travel, we always work in time to meet my crafty friends!

I am blessed with a wonderful husband, who indulges my creative time, and just spoils me rotten! We have been married for over 40 years, and live in Farmington, Missouri. We have two grown children – one in California, and the other in Germany. Lots of travel options!

I feel that each day is a gift from God, and try to “Cherish Each Precious Day”. I don’t really have a ‘style’, so be prepared for cute, serious, fluffy, 3-d, altered items, etc.

I’m excited to be designing for Die-Versions, and can’t wait to make some new crafty friends!

  50. Ladies, my name is Linda & I'm a card designer/maker. I enjoyed reading about all of you & will be looking forward to seeing your cards especially Nichole's since she likes CAS same as I. I teach a beginner to mid-level card making class & the ladies only have so much time so the CAS cards are for me. I've been a card maker all my life starting as a child using construction paper. Started taking SU classes in 2006 & by 2007 I was teaching my own classes & now I'm addicted & I also love my dies. I'm very fortunate I only live about an hr. from the My Favorite Things store & can go there quite often to check out for new dies.
